My son has recently started the army cadets and this week, came home with black / brown camouflage paint (not sure how they call it - I have them all in the face!) Who will be left around the neck of a white football jersey he wore.

I've tried to wash after spraying with a style that Oxy-cleaning fluid and nothing happens.
