Real Estate Crm Real Estate: Is It Better To Get The CAM Or CRM?

Real Estate: Is it better to get the CAM or CRM? - real estate crm

Is it better to) the CAM (Certified Apartment Manager designation from the National Apartment Association or the CRM (Certified Resident Manager) offered the best description of the California Apartment Association?

The CAM is about $ 700 and CRM is about $ 1500, but I'm not sure if this is the quality of programs, or reflected.

Thanks in advance ...

I believe you have your dollar figures mixed up. CAM is approximatly $1,200 and CCRM typically runs $600 - $700 depending on the location and local CAA affiliate offering the courses.

The MAC is better because it is a national destiny. I know nothing of CRM, but why be limited to California?

You should also arm at the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
