How to lose weight going from a raw vegan diet to a meat eating diet? - meat diet

I've made recently on the high consumption of meat protein in my diet because of anemia.

I am the fear of gaining weight, since it a raw vegan for several months before. I do not know how I'm afraid my whole day revolves around controlling the intake of calories in order to be made now, and if you are fat, sugar, and what not. It is really frustrating.

Can someone me a few tips for healthy food to eat normal food? So you can still lose weight?

How often should I eat?
